Dive into one of the most fascinating adventures in Panama on our itinerary to Pozo Azul, a unique place that offers a great experience to visitors. It has 5 natural pools and 4 waterfalls, surrounded by great vegetation and rock formations of volcanic origin. It is the ideal tour to relax, swim and enjoy with friends and family, in the middle of a magical landscape. The more adventurous will be able to jump from the highest points and do cliff jumping. Our adventure begins with a 4×4 road to the entrance, where we will start the walk of approximately 5 minutes up some stairs until we reach the first natural pools. The variety of options that the place offers, makes it a destination for all levels.
This tour is accompanied by a visit to Cascada Tavida, located inside an eco-lodge, equally easily accessible. The waterfall, surrounded by a thick tropical forest, is a unique spectacle in itself. In times of rain, the waterfall allows us to enjoy and feel all its power.
And definitely a highlight of this tour is the typical Panamanian lunch that we will have at the end, in a viewpoint of the town, with views of the beautiful vegetation of the lands of Cocle.

Itinerary
Departing from Panama City at 6:00 a.m. or from Valle de Anton at 8:00 a.m.
We will arrive at the restaurant (45 minutes from Valle de Antón) where we will take our 4×4 transport for approximately 15 minutes until we reach our first destination, Pozo Azul. We will enjoy the place and then return to the 4×4 to go to the second place, Villa Tavida. After this, we will take the 4×4 once again to return to the restaurant where we will have our delicious traditional Panamanian lunch and finish our tour back to our starting point.

General Information
Anton Valley is located inside the crater of a non-active volcano. It’s a popular destination for both locals and foreign tourists due to its proximity to Panama City.
The cool climate is a welcome change from the heat and humidity of the city, and on warm days there’s always a cool breeze. The crater is about 600 meters above sea level with mountains surrounding the town waiting for you to explore them.
Departing from Anton Valley there is a great variety of outdoor activities, mainly hiking, visits to waterfalls, rappelling and much more.
