Overview
We start the bike tour by taking a panoramic ride through Panama City’s Old Town Casco Viejo, an old city with Spanish colonial origin that dates back to 1673. It is more alive and thriving than ever. Our first stop here is the Plaza de Francia, an old esthetic square to walk around and enjoy a nice view over beautiful civil monuments. View churches of Colonial, Baroque and Neoclassical architecture as well as enthusiastic local passer-bys and visitors. It is perfect to enjoy open-air restaurants, bars, hotels, craft shops and live music at night – and all that surrounded by the water of the Pacific Ocean. We will continue to El Chorrillo, a Panamanian popular and picturesque neighborhood.
During the journey, you will be able to appreciate the incredible view of the Modern City, the entrance of the Panama Canal, the Bridge of the Americas, the island of Taboga and the Causeway Islands of Amador. We will pass in front of the famous seafood market where Panamanians usually enjoy typical dishes, including the popular Panamanian ceviche.

Itinerary
We leave from the meeting point where we will take the bicycles to begin the tour through the old town, its emblematic places and along the “cinta costera”. The complete tour will take between 3 to 4 hours (depending on the conditions of the group), ending in a restaurant or cafe in Casco.
